Goal

Firefox/WebKit couldn't be exercised locally (installed Playwright 1.64 expects browser revisions that aren't present), so the browser-aware guidance is source-verified only.

Tasks

Install the browsers and verify --browser firefox / --browser webkit actually run a suite.
Verify the debugging docs: Firefox about:debugging; WebKit/Safari Develop menu / WEBKIT_INSPECTOR_SERVER; PWDEBUG=1 fallback. Fix the docs if wrong.
Add Firefox/WebKit coverage to the smoke test if feasible.
